Update to OneDrive Migration Schedule

The schedule for file migration to OneDrive, which started earlier this year, is being extended, based on recent IS changes and caregiver feedback.

Caregivers’ individual file shares (also called home drives, network drives, or personal drives), which are used for work-related storage and were modified or created after January 1, 2017, will be migrated to OneDrive in several phases in the coming months. We encourage caregivers to start saving documents in their OneDrive location to take advantage of the 5TB of storage space and the ease of accessibility from all devices.

Department shared drives are NOT included in the OneDrive migration. More information around the migration of department shares will be announced later.

Caregivers migrated to OneDrive

Caregivers’ data that has already been copied to OneDrive will continue to sync until the program is completed. Caregivers may begin to access these files in their OneDrive accounts. Your copied data has been placed in a new folder within OneDrive called _Homedrive_Files. Please validate your files are available in your OneDrive account.

Caregivers not yet migrated to OneDrive

If you have not yet been migrated to OneDrive, you will be notified in advance of when your scheduled migration will occur.

Can I request to move to OneDrive now?

If you are ready to make OneDrive your primary file storage and would like your home drive removed, please complete this OneDrive Migration Request Form.
