We had over 1,800 caregivers join our Tuesday, December 1 Open Forum.
Caregiver questions were addressed on our Open Forum Yammer group, as well as in the Q&A panel of our Teams live event. The IS & RESO executive team has spent time trying to answer all the questions received via Teams, which you can check out in this Q&A document.
In case you missed it, we shared the following:
- A COVID-19 vaccine progress report and preliminary thinking around distribution logistics of initially-available batches.
- A look at our oustanding Caregiver Experience Survey 2020 results with HR’s Carlos Adame and Doug Lewis, GVP of IS Administrative Technology and executive sponsor of our Caregiver Engagement Committee.
- A cybersecurity update from Chief Information Security Officer/SVP, Adam Zoller.
- Exciting details about the fun we have planned for the December 10 IS & RESO virtual Christmas Party.
- An overview of our two new main IS SharePoint portals — IS Central for caregivers needing to locate our services outside IS, and IShub, to support the needs of our caregivers within IS.

Follow these steps:
- Go into the meeting invite for a past Open Forum
- Click into the link to the Teams live event
- When it pops open your browser window, click “View on the web”
- Click to “Join anonymously”
The recording should start playing for you immediately. (Will only work in “live events” like Open Forum.)
