All Caregivers are invited to participate in the annual Caregiver Experience Survey, running October 7-21, 2020. It is not mandatory but extremely encouraged. Results provide a sense of the overall caregiver experience at PSJH and help identify gaps and areas of opportunity.
You should have received your survey invitation from Willis Towers Watson, the third-party administrator of the survey. Please follow the link contained in the email and complete the survey online. You may take the survey on a smartphone or other mobile device. It will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
Providence conducts this survey to get feedback on a variety of topics (such as leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion, total rewards, career development and our response to the COVID-19 pandemic), so we can take steps to continually improve in these areas. As part of our high reliability journey, we also include questions about teamwork and safety.
Individual responses are completely confidential and are submitted directly to our survey vendor. Team results will be shared with core leaders in mid-November followed by regional and organization-wide results later that month.
