The transition of ITBM functions in ServiceNow over to Microsoft Project Online for IS will now not transition until January 2021. Prior, we had communicated that this transition would occur by the end of September 2020.
See the memo below that was shared with all of IS on Wednesday, September 16, by Tabitha Lieberman, SVP of Clinical & Revenue Cycle Applications, and Ivette de Rubens, GVP of IS Strategy & PMO.
We are delaying the go-live date for the implementation of Project Online for IS functions (resource management, project management, timekeeping, etc.) that were set to transition from ServiceNow ITBM later this month.
We’re now looking at implementing Project Online for IS functions formerly handled in ServiceNow ITBM in January 2021. This will help encourage caregiver adoption and avoid conflicts with previously-planned priority work in Q4.
In order to allow our teams additional time for readiness, we were able to negotiate a three-month extension of ITBM licenses with ServiceNow.
While the go-live is being delayed, we will take full advantage of this additional time to ensure readiness. This project remains a high priority, and your participation in readiness and training is critical. The project team will continue deploying the product, allowing access to the training environment to support our caregivers on their learning journey.
Thank you for your partnership.
