Two Major Kronos Go-Lives

Kronos Workforce Scheduler (WFS) went live on July 19. The launch of WFS supports 4,018 caregivers across 108 nursing/clinical departments. With the addition of the three Wave 2 ministries onto a single enterprise platform, this brings all six LA County hospitals onto the same system for ease of scheduling and staffing.

Kronos Core Analytics for PHC

On July 27, Kronos Core Analytics went live for Providence Health Care (PHC).

This launch supports more than 500 core leaders across the region with on-demand workforce reporting and data needed to drive decision-making. In addition, this project’s benefits include:

  • Expanding and easing leaders’ ability to report on key workforce performance metrics, such as overtime, incremental overtime, missed meals and breaks, call-back % of on-call hours, and low census hours
  • Tools to help identify trends and compare data across departments or ministries
  • Leveraging Kronos more fully for workforce data and reporting needs

This expands the use of Kronos Core Analytics further within the Providence enterprise. Currently, Core Analytics is in use at Swedish Health Services, making PHC the second major go-live.
