[Updated Sept. 16, 2020: Now reflects implementation delay. The transition of ITBM functions in ServiceNow over to Microsoft Project Online for IS will now not transition until January 2021. Prior, we had communicated that this transition would occur by the end of September 2020.]
The IS PM Center of Excellence team in collaboration with the Modern Workplace team will be launching the Microsoft Project Online tool to replace the following key functions used in the ITBM Module of ServiceNow:
- Resource Management
- Timekeeping
- Project Management
The official launch date is being targeted for January 2020 (had been mid- to late-September).

Tuesday, August 18, 11:00-11:30 a.m.
Course 1: Project Online – Essentials
- Primary Audience: All caregivers (anyone doing timekeeping)
Wednesday, August 19, 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Course 2: Project Online for Project Managers
- Prerequisite: Project Online – Essentials
- Primary Audience: Project Managers
- Secondary Audience: Resource Managers that are also responsible for Project Management
Thursday, August 20, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Course 3: Project Online for Resource Managers
- Prerequisite: Project Online – Essentials
- Primary Audience: Resource Managers
