Clinical & Revenue Cycle Apps Share Approach to Educating Around Leadership Competencies

The IS Caregiver Engagement Committee is featuring an IS pillar’s best practices around career development, learning, mentoring, or other engagement-related efforts each month. This month, we look at a virtual learning club, hosted by Tabitha Lieberman’s team.

The Clinical & Revenue Cycle Applications (CRCA) team has its own caregiver engagement working group that meets monthly to find ways to engage their caregivers more effectivelyOne of their current focuses is on the leadership acumen of our PJSH Leadership Model (see below).

The CRCA engagement committee’s leadership development sub-group created an elearning journey, a virtual club that invites IS and PSJH leaders to speak on leadership as part of an ongoing series of Teams meeting webinars, as well as a book club of titles related to cultivating leadership skills.

The goal is to focus on learning from each other and growing professionally.
