Core leaders using the Beeline/IQN contingent labor management platform will be required to complete an added step in the IQN approval process, starting May 1.
Hiring managers will be required to select the “pillar lead” tied to their cost center for new work orders submitted for approval. Pillar leads will then be responsible for approving their accounting unit cost code budgets.
The new drop-down Pillar Lead field must now have the correct leader selected prior to submitting your work order. If unsure of who to choose as the Pillar lead, reach out to your core leader for guidance.
