Starting Monday, April 6, 2020, Azure DevOps (ADO) will be available for Boards and Test Management within IS. In preparation for this go-live, Azure DevOps projects have been built for each IS pillar and we are looking for a member from each department within to help complete the build-out.
Each Portfolio Admin will:
- Create teams within their Azure DevOps project
- Manage DevOps Repos, Pipelines, and Auditing (once live) within their ADO project
- Assign Team Admins
- Work with Team Admins to manage process enhancements
- Work with Team Admins to configure Backlogs and Areas
Azure DevOps is an application lifecycle tool that will help PSJH streamline its development processes and provide state-of-the-art functionality.
The Boards feature of Azure DevOps can be used for:
- Task management
- Backlogs
- Iterations/sprints
- Kanban boards creation
The Test Management feature can be used to create/manage test plans.
Pipelines, Repos and Artifacts will be available early May.

Portfolio Admins interested in setting up their teams to use Boards and Test Management functionality in Azure DevOps can complete the intake form for access and training.
