Pete Mickelonis, principal client admin, solved a deeply technical and impactful issue within the St. Joseph Health EasyPass environment.
Rick Stover, Chief Technology Officer and TEO SVP, presented Pete with an Outstanding Service Award certificate at last week’s TEO Town Hall meeting.
By getting to the bottom of this recurring issue in the Meditech EasyPass environment, he directly improved the caregiver experience throughout California and Texas resulting in a 50% reduction in calls to the Service Desk related to this issue.
Given the wide-spread impact that solving this problem had, Pete’s technical prowess is worthy of celebration.
