As we move to simplify our email systems and strengthen our information security, IS and the Modern Workplace initiative have been sharing enterprise-wide communication encouraging the adoption of the Microsoft Outlook app for iOS and Android mobile devices for caregivers who have been transitioned to Office 365.
Effective this month, these O365-migrated users must use the Microsoft Outlook app instead of other mobile email applications that formerly were compatible with Exchange and O365.
Other mobile email applications, such as Apple Mail, Samsung Mail, or Nine, do not provide the same data security protections.
If you need access to your email on a mobile device and have been migrated to Office 365, please download and install the Microsoft Outlook mobile application from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
