As IS continues the rollout of our standardized platform of Modern Workplace meeting, collaboration, and productivity tools like Teams and Office 365 tools, Microsoft trainers are now visiting major locations across PSJH. These “buzz events” bring Microsoft on-site, in conjunction with the OneTeam group of TEO, to provide valuable demos, tips, and answer caregiver questions.
The buzz event with Microsoft trainers was held on Monday, October 21, at Irvine’s Park Place offices, followed by a second event on Tuesday, October 29, at Renton’s Valley Office Park location.
Caregivers, largely from Shared Services, brought their laptops and explored all the ways Teams allows for convenient chat, meetings, and collaboration on files. These events were well attended and enthusiastically received. The format offers busy caregivers the option of attending any one of three, hour-long sessions held during the “buzz day.”
An upcoming November buzz event will be held in Portland and announced shortly.
The Renton event’s sessions were also broadcast live and a recording can be viewed here.
