As we continue our Modern Workplace journey, we will be moving files from our local servers to the cloud.
This process will take place in several phases. In the upcoming months, we will begin by syncing non-shared caregiver home drive content within the folder structure, to the PSJH Microsoft Office 365 OneDrive space.
Over the course of the program, OneTeam will tackle the following efforts:
Phase 1 – Non-shared caregiver home drives
Phase 2 – Virtual desktop caregiver home drives
Phase 3 – Group-based shared drives (i.e. “departmental shares”)
When is this happening?
Starting in early 2020, we will begin providing caregivers, who have completed email migrations, with information on how to access their documents in the new Office 365 OneDrive application.
What do I need to do?
Caregivers will be provided more information prior, during, and post-migration to help them through the process.
Easing your way with modern collaboration and productivity tools
We are simplifying and improving our collaboration tools to make it easier for caregivers to communicate with each other and across our family of organizations. Over the coming months, we will enable our caregivers with an integrated suite of modern collaboration and productivity tools through Microsoft Office 365, which will include Teams, Yammer, and other solutions. These tools will ease your way and create a better experience for the people who deliver and support patient care.
