Thank you for your excellent participation in the summer Caregiver Engagement Regional Trends pulse survey. As I noted in the Town Hall, we have some strong takeaways that can provide focus for each of our teams, and also for us as a division. As we move through our transformation, we are experiencing challenges and the survey is helping our team leaders and our executive leadership focus on the things that will help us the most.
The PSJH-wide annual survey opens on Wednesday, October 2. This survey is much more extensive, adding categories and breadth. On the 2nd, you will receive an email from PSJH’s independent survey vendor, Willis Towers Watson, with a unique link to take the survey. Please save that email until you’ve had the 10-15 minutes it takes to complete it. We have until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16 to complete the survey. It takes some time to compile the responses, and we’ll see the results toward the end of November.
Individual responses are completely confidential and submitted directly to Willis Towers Watson. Reports only reflect the combined responses of five or more caregivers. No individual data is shared to ensure confidentiality.
Every voice matters. While participation is voluntary, I ask that you please complete the survey. Your continued honest feedback helps PSJH and our IS leaders continue to guide our efforts in making this a great place to work.
