On September 2, 2019, the Resource, Engineering and Hospitality (REH) Group had their go-live of process changes to Accounts Payable (AP) and Procurement across St. Joseph Health and Covenant Health ministries to bring alignment across PSJH.
These changes mostly involve formalizing the standard PSJH processes, but do change the how caregivers are being asked to interact with Procurement and AP for customer service and support needs.
