[The following memo from Tabitha Lieberman, SVP, Clinical & Revenue Cycle Applications, was shared with that team and partners on Feb. 19, 2019.]
I wanted to share some updates regarding a few team transitions, starting with a reminder of a few transitions that occurred late last year and early in the new year.
- PSJH Business Informatics — In early January, Michelle Strawn shared that 12 caregivers joined this team from our One Revenue Cycle pillar. These caregivers joined Sheelaghlyn’s team, creating a single program for Business Informatics, including Community Technologies and PSJH.
- ServiceNow — Late last year, the team responsible for the ServiceNow application transitioned from LaMonte McGraw to Michelle Brown. These caregivers report up through Alicia Walker.
- Web Applications — Last week, I shared that the web development team also transitioned to Michelle Brown. The five caregivers providing support for these custom web applications are now part of Sean Kolling’s team
We have a few other transitions that are happening in the very near term.
- Epic Production Support Team — In a step to align some of our services across Epic and Specialty Applications, both Shirley Chaney and Renato Santo will join Duane Cassone’s team. Their responsibilities will remain the same.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Applications — To support the customer in aligning application portfolios, we will be moving the current CRM team to Michelle Brown’s pillar. These eight caregivers will be part of Gerry Azares-Burns team.
- Radiology, Document Management Solutions and Logistic Apps — With the addition of the two enterprise platforms, ServiceNow and CRM, to Michelle Brown’s team, these three teams will be moving under Scott Ambrose, while Rudy Neyenhuis will retain Cardiology and Specialty Apps.
- St. Joseph Meditech — I am thrilled share that we have 44 caregivers joining various applications teams as of Feb. 24. The actual transition of the their current work will take place over the next few months. I will be sending a separate email welcoming everyone.
Finally we are kicking off the transition process for our Heritage team this week. The goal is to welcome our Heritage team to their new roles in May.
All these changes are positive and aligned with the direction of the organization. We will continue to see changes as we and the organization evolves, our goal is always to make changes with thoughtfulness, respect, and in support of all of you and those we support.
Feel to let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Tabitha
