t’s that time of year to start being mindful of our upcoming deadlines with AP for invoices to be recorded by end of 2018 and not hit next year.
• December 17 – Deadline for 2018 non-PO invoices
• December 30 – Deadline for 2018 PO invoices
Any invoices not recorded by AP prior to those deadlines will need to be accrued. If you’ve got something pending that you need help moving through the system please reach out to IS Requisitions or IS Contract Operations.
Please remember that IT Contracting has a turnaround of up to six (6) weeks currently, so if you have funds you want to spend by end of year, be sure to get your contracts requests in right away. We will not be staffed to write POs after 4:00 pm on Christmas Eve, however, we will have caregivers available for later PO writing on New Year’s Eve to accommodate Year End requests.
