The IS Caregiver Engagement Committee is pleased to announce that beginning in mid-January, both Providence and St. Joseph will now be able to utilize SuccessFactors to recognize peers within each legacy ministry, as well as across both ministries.
Training on the SuccessFactors tool will begin for St. Joseph legacy caregivers in mid-to-late December.
The fully-integrated iCARE IS recognition program is expected to launch in February, with the addition of four new award tier levels. Stay tuned for further details on the February launch.
