The Community Technologies team recently came together to discuss how their journey helping accelerate Health 2.0 PSJH strategic. The team had some 1980s-themed fun along the way.
During the team’s quarterly meeting, a blow-up of CT goals were on display. These goals were identified earlier in 2018 and align directly to Health 2.0. Specifically, these 12 strategic priorities are connected with Health 2.0’s priorities of: Be our Communities’ Health Partner, Transform our Future, and Strengthen the Core.
With these 12, Health 2.0-aligned strategic priorities, the team reviewed 55 separate, corresponding and ongoing tactics. It was a refreshing surprise to discover that 42 of these tactics have been completed. That means the CT team is well on their way to improving the health of communities through the shared medical record, solidifying connections and business relationships, and digitally transforming the experiences of patients and consumers in our communities of care.
Looking ahead, during a separate session the Community Technologies team provided detailed input into the strategies and tactics for 2019 that also tie into Health 2.0 and the IS Strategic Journey.
